Bass Pro Outdoor World, LLC agreed to pay $10.5 million in an EEOC action claiming it declined to hire tens of thousands of black and Hispanic applicants. The federal district court in Houston, Texas approved a consent decree that will also require Bass Pro to undertake efforts to make its workforce more diverse.
