JSH partners and long-time PLAN members Robert Berk and Charles Callahan will present a webinar, “Risks of Committing Bad Faith During (and After) COVID,” on Tuesday, September 28. Bob and Charlie will discuss bad faith risks associated with remote supervision and litigation of claims, non-centralized storage of documents, protecting the attorney-client and work product privileges, and the interplay between the express terms of the policy and the overriding duty of good faith and fair dealing.
