About the Speakers

Amy King

Amy is currently the AVP Claims Executive at General Star Insurance in Chicago, Illinois. Amy was in private practice for 5 years before joining an insurance carrier almost two decades ago. Amy has spent the majority of her career in Professional Liability and Management Liability claims, determining  coverage and managing litigation, settlement negotiation and subrogation. She attended the University of Illinois for both undergraduate and Law school.


Jonathan Krol
Jonathan is an attorney based in Reminger Co., LPA's Cleveland office.  He focuses his practice in the areas of Employment Law, Professional Liability, Directors and Officers Liability, and Commercial Litigation. Jon practices in state and federal courts across the state, and he also handles EEOC/OCRC administrative proceedings as well as bar grievances and other disciplinary proceedings for licensed professionals in a variety of industries.

Jon serves as a member of the Professional Liability Committee for the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (OACTA). He has written and presented on a various Employment and Professional Liability topics including legal trends, risk management, and ethics.


Eric Soller

Eric is a partner in the Pittsburgh office of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti LLP. A former prosecutor and seasoned-litigator who has been in practice for nearly thirty years, Mr. Soller is also the Chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Groups.

Mr. Soller’s legal specialties are founded in his extensive experience with commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation and complex business litigation. He has tried over 50 jury trials and 100 bench trials over the course of his career on a variety of topics including, but not limited to: patent infringement, trademark infringement, unfair competition, breach of contract and theft of trade secrets.

Mr. Soller has accumulated many legal accolades over the years including induction into the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Western Pennsylvania. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers since 2012 in the area of Intellectual Property Litigation (IP Litigation) and he is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Soller’s latest recognition includes recognition in the 2022 edition of Best Lawyers.
